Precision saw arbor
Designed with fixed blades and up to two movable blades, it offers excellent flexibility for different ripping requirements. The movable blades are mounted on precision sliding arms and independently driven by high-performance servo motors for fast and accurate positioning.
Robust Feeding System
300mm wide cast iron chain conveyor with 6 pressure rollers to keep the material firmly aligned during high-speed cutting. The link chain features a no-gap running design for smooth and stable operation.
Laser positioning system
A rotary laser bracket enables quick and accurate laser alignment. Driven by 2 independent servo motors, it ensures rapid and highly accurate adjustment of multiple cutting widths.
Auto Chain Lubrication
Exclusively designed lubricator provides excellent lubrication performance and significantly extends the service life of the chain conveyor.
