Compact footprint
Built with a rugged welded steel frame, it delivers maximum stability and vibration-free operation. This robust yet space-efficient design provides long-term reliability, superior cut quality, and minimal maintenance, making it ideal for factories with limited floor space.
Cast iron Chain
Manufactured from high-strength cast iron with over 24 tons breaking point, the no-gap link chain prevents hand clamping and chip ingress while ensuring smooth workpiece feeding. The feed rail is hardened to HRC 50° for maximum wear resistance.
Feeding & Guiding
The wide 300mm chain conveyor works together with 4 top infeed and 2 top outfeed pressure rollers for stable feeding. The extended fence reaches directly to the center of the saw blades, providing excellent workpiece support and significantly improving cutting straightness and accuracy.
Eccentric Saw Arbor
The saw arbor features an eccentric design for quick and precise blade alignment. It is built exclusively for the conventional saw sleeve and spacer system, delivering highly accurate and stable fixed-blade ripping with excellent cut quality.
Anti kickback fingers
The 3 rows at the infeed provides excellent protection against kickback, especially when processing short or uneven boards. Additionally, a limit switch located above the first pressure roller automatically stops the machine if the workpiece exceeds the set thickness by more than 5mm.
Auto Chain Lubrication
The integrated automatic chain lubricator delivers consistent lubrication, significantly extending chain life and reducing maintenance requirements. It also features a low oil level protection, automatically stopping the machine when the oil reaches the low limit.
