BOTTOM SAW ARBOR
Featuring a precision bottom saw arbor design, the saw blade is positioned below the dual chain. This intelligent engineering brings all cutting forces downward onto the chain. Compared to conventional top rip saws, it delivers greater workpiece control, minimized kickback and consistent glue-line cuts.
Dual Cast iron Chain
The heavy-duty double chain conveyor provides smooth, stable and highly accurate material feeding. This is essential for maintaining superior straight line ripping accuracy throughout long production runs. Each chain track can be easily and precisely adjusted, ensuring optimal alignment and performance over years of heavy industrial use.
Full Safety System
The saw arbor is coming with a braking system, which delivers superior operator safety. When a safety guard door is opened, this system will instantly stop the saw arbor in just 4 seconds. In addition, robust anti-kickback fingers add a safety layer for the operator at the machine infeed, ensuring maximum protection throughout the ripping process.
Roller elevation
The pressure mechanism can be conveniently raised or lowered by a manual handwheel (standard) or powered drive system (optional), allowing operators to make fast and effortless height adjustments according to different workpiece thicknesses.
Cast Iron Fence
The heavy-duty cast iron fence travels smoothly on a tubular rail with a locking mechanism, which includes a clear graduated scale. It allows the operator to achieve fast, precise, and repeatable fence positioning every time.
Auto Chain Lubrication
The machine is equipped with an exclusive chain lubricator that automatically delivers oil to the link chains in perfect synchronization with the chain feed speed, ensuring consistent lubrication, smoother operation, and extended component life.
